Last year, Friend of 10 Kit Greg Lalas (currently editor-in-chief of MLSSoccer.com) and Rachel Markus founded Kicking & Screening, a multi-city film festival dedicated to the beautiful game. I caught a screening of Les Yeux dans les Bleus in Washington D.C.’s French Embassy last year, and it was an experience not to be missed.
The second annual New York edition takes place from June 1-5 with some excellent flicks. Nike stadium on Bowery will host the final night.
K&S is an awesome idea, organized by two of the sport’s most dedicated solders. Get you tickets now.
